latest USB memory stick project of mine, it has the normal alpahbet, runic futhark alphabet and a third strain of letters carved on to it and it features a turnable dial, that you can use to decipher the runes into normal letters by turing the shell to a certain angle,

the cylinder in the middle is made with a lathe, but everything else on it -including the threads and the carvings- is hand-made

I wouldn't like to call it so much steampunk because nowadays so much stupid shit is categorized as steampunk, I.e.anything with brass, gears or leather, this is not steampunk, this is something inspired by mysteries of the past and the great ornamental decoration of the victorian and edwardian times
