yes I know vikings did not use two handed swords, there have been findings of few long bastard swords or two handed swords in from the northern europe made in the viking era and cultural region, allthough it is debated wether they were actually made by vikings or brought to the north from somewhere else and then re-decorated by their owners with nordic styles
thanks you can buy one for about 8 000 euros I know that sounds like a lot, but its actually cheap since some katanas with the same amount of work put into them can go up to 40 000 euros.
thanks yeah its bit problematic when making real swords, because if you make them the way this is made, it is going to take so much time and resources that when its finnished, its going to cost so much that not many people are ready buy something that has no real day-to-day use, except as an ornamental piece. I mean with a sword like this, you could actually do battle, and it would perform well, but whats the point when wars are fought with guns nowdays?
